How It Works

Step 1.

Create Nodes and Signal Groups

Organization administrators configure Voxa Nodes by defining each major environment they want monitored, then organize people within them into Signal Groups of 10-20 individuals who work closest together. Each Voxa Node has a Node Leader who receives alerts if a threshold is crossed

Step 2.

Deploy Kiosk and Train

From there, Univoxa runs quietly in the background. Every environment receives a central reporting kiosk, allowing team members to anonymously submit concerns with no login, no tracking, and no identifiable metadata. Each submission is guided by a PHQ-9–based screening, so signals reflect real, clinically validated indicators of depression and distress.

Step 3.

Alert Trigger

When individuals begin to use the system, inputted micro-signals are aggregated in the background. When an individual receives enough signals to cross the pre-defined threshold, an alert is sent to the Node Leader revealing that someone in their Node needs support.

Step 4.

Act Early to Protect Your People

Once notified, leadership can reach out early, activate resources, and support the individual before a crisis escalates. Over time, Univoxa builds a live picture of where distress is forming across the organization, transforming anonymous PHQ-9–based signals into clear, actionable visibility.

Univoxa empowers leaders to act early and protect their people.
